Well, we are settled into our new house. It didn't take but like a week. We spent an entire day moving all the crap from the apartment to the house. Luckily we had the help of parents, Robbie, and Tyler. This past weekend we spent cleaning and putting the final touches on. The decorating will take awhile I'm sure.
We enjoyed our trip to the Outerbanks with all 23 family members in a house built for 18 maybe? It was a little cramped, but lots of fun! For the most part, the weather cooperated. We don't do anything special while there, because we seriously just relax. I got B into the kayaks the last day and he loved it. I did have a weird incident. I got a mosquito bite that caused my ankle to swell up for a day, like it was broken. It was more annoying than painful, but it was soo itchy.
I forgot the best part. Brandon and I slept on an air mattress in Jenny, Robbie, and Gracie's room. So about 7 am, we woke up every morning with the baby...let's just say we went through lots of coffee. Then, we moved Wednesday to a twin bed room, so then we had our own twin bed.
Now, I'm starting to get ready for my 2nd year of school! I start back Aug 12, which is right around the corner - way too soon. Back to the real world I guess...but that also means football season and Atlanta! Until later.
