WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!
It's what we've all been waiting for. We FINALLY found our house. It was a pretty new listing, but we went to the open house last week and LOVED it. Then offered and on July 15th, we will be homeowners! Broke, but homeowners. The house is in Salem and we got it for a good price in Salem. We've signed the contract and we still have to do the house inspection :-\. I think we'll be okay on that end. SOO, if you know anyone looking for a place to rent, let me know! We have a few details still to work out, but we're both really excited!
