House Update

Well, the house search is still on. We thought we may have found a winner, but the seller is a bit of a, uh um, witch.

We found a house in North Beverly Heights that we liked. It really would have been a good buy. BUT, the price was what we thought too much for the house. In other words, it wasn't worth the listing price. So, we did some research and found that it had been bought for $60,000 less only this past March. It was evident that $60,000 had NOT been put into it. So we offered much lower. Come to find out, the seller was not willing to come off the price at all. Oh well, its not worth our time.

So, back to the beginning (ugh). I'm hoping that one day we'll find the house we like and the price!

To top it off, I have one more week of students left. Which is not a bad thing, its just slowly moving by because the kids are driving all of us crazy. They could do us a favor and just stay home. They are complaining about every little thing. And when I let them watch a movie, they complain about that too! (I guess I'm doing the same thing right now!) I think I can take one more week of it! I hope!

This rain can go away now too.
