Caroline is constantly on the go! She's been walking for 3 months now. She has mastered climbing the stairs. She is just a constant babbling girl. Even though she may have gotten her small, muscular body from her daddy, she is definitely taking after her mama in the language department. Just a few words she says: "Mama," "Daddy," "Hi," "Bye," "Pappy" (pacifer), "Puffs" (food), "Pop", "Gracie" (she's still working on this one), "Up," "Uh," which means "uh oh." She can tell you what a monkey says, she can pat a cake and roll it up.
So, I may be a little proud. She has great eye-hand coordination and balance (that she didn't get from mama). She can deep squat for long periods of time.
She's a sweet, sweet girl who gives great hugs. She loves to do things on her own - very independent, as well as, social.
She'll have to share the spotlight next Friday with her baby cousin Brayden. He will make his appearance on Feb 10. We're excited to have a little boy in the family! She will also be 11 months when he arrives. So close to 1 year! Can't believe how quickly the time has flown. Everyone says it goes by fast, but you don't believe until you see it yourself. What a wonderful year it has been.
Things to look forward to this year (so far):
1. Brayden's arrival (next week!!)
2. Brandon finishing school!!! (a few weeks)
3. Caroline's first birthday (March 10)
4. Sarah's bachelorette in Charlotte
5. Sarah and Bryan's wedding
5. Our 4 year anniversary
7. The beach trips with a one year old!!
