Dear Friends....I love you.

I apologize for not writing on a regular basis.

The other day, I changed my facebook to the timeline template. So, last night, Brandon and I were looking back from the start of my facebook until now. Needless to say, I made sure some posts were deleted. I could see the explosion that facebook took while in college. It went from a few posts in 2004 to hundreds in 2011.

We relived my college years and laughed at a lot of posts from others. I went to bed reminiscing and trying to remember what it was like to only worry about getting the right grade in school and what I was doing that weekend. I also realized how great of friends I have. So lucky to have them :)

It also made me think about how important it is to tell my friends how much they mean to me. It was bittersweet to see who had come in and out of my life since 2004. Its crazy to think that I used facebook to look back and remember things I didn't necessarily remember on my own.

Its funny how quickly things change and I saw that last night. Just 5 short years ago, I in college and having the time of my life with my friends. Worries consisted of what classes I needed and studying for the upcoming test. What I was going to wear out that night or where our spring break trip would take us. My worries have changed slightly :), but for the good.

Why was I in such a rush to get out of college? To make money? Now making it, we worry about do we have enough to buy a car, a house, or provide for the family? But, I wouldn't change it. I'm happily married with a beautiful daughter that I love more than life, a house, a good job, and great friends and family. God has truly blessed me.

So to all of my friends - I LOVE YOU! You've been there for me through it all and I can't thank you enough. Even though we don't get to see each other as often as we like (because your lives have taken you to other places), I'm always thinking about you and wishing we were closer to each other. I hope you find the same happiness that has blessed me. But don't be a stranger. Even though life can get in the way, I always have time for my friends. :)
