Y not be a loser?
Finally I'm seeing some results. Since I can't lift anymore, I started running more....a lot more. Three times a week. Plus I'm back at taking lower body blast, so I'm hittin up the gym more and I'm really watching my food intake. I'm still lifting for my legs, just no upper body....and the best part --> I've lost 4 pounds! Super excited! :)
